Return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that we cannot accept items returned to us without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues

We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for items on sale or for gift cards.

Exchanges

For the quickest way to get the item you want, please return the item you have. After the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without needing to provide justification. As previously stated, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
